Ohio Woman Wins NRA Award
Linda Walker of Alexandria, Ohio is the winner of the 2009 Sybil Ludington Women’s Freedom Award. As the NRA states, "This award recognizes exceptional accomplishments of modern heroines through their legislative activism as well as advocacy, volunteerism, and education of others to the goals of the Second Amendment and the NRA." Linda was the speaker at last year's ORPA Annual Dinner. She has worked very hard for our rights, and it is good to see her receive this well-deserved recognition. Linda is a Leader with the Buckeye Firearms Association, and she is also an ORPA member.
