HB 450 on Governor's Desk for Signature

Update: An amendment to the CHL fee structure, which would have almost certainly meant an increase in CHL fees, was removed from the previously passed Substitute House Bill 450, and the Senate and the House both passed this after midnight last night and sent the bill to the Governor for signature.
