Ohio House BIll 478

Ohio House Bill 478 will enable those Ohioans who obtain a concealed-carry license to claim the license fee as an Ohio income-tax credit. Therefore, assuming their Ohio income-tax liability is greater than the license fee, they will eventually be fully reimbursed for the cost of the license.
